Heidi firmly believes that if each of us can use tolls to support a regulated nervous systems, we can build a better world. Heidi is available for group wellness classes and workshops upon request.

About Heidi - Yoga Certification
Heidi is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Devanadi School of Yoga in Minneapolis, MN. Her training is rooted in the studies of Tantra Yoga, Ayurvedic Medicine and yoga therapy. Heidi has practiced and studied yoga for over 30 years. She thoughtfully weaves spirituality, nature, poetry, and guidance into her classes in an artful, approachable way. She specializes in practices for grief, joy, courage and inner strength.
